Export Support File

Article Summary


Export the support file of your UniFi Access and send it to ua.support@ui.com under any of the following conditions:

  • When you cannot unlock doors.
  • When UA Hub is not receiving door unlock requests from UA Pro or UA Lite.

This type of support file contains the following information:

  • Logs showing that errors have occurred to UA Pro or UA Lite (blinking red).
  • Logs showing UA device statuses.
  • Logs showing door activities.


  1. Sign in to your UniFi OS.
  2. Select the UniFi Host that your UniFi Access application is running on.
  3. Launch Access.
  4. Go to DEVICES > select the UA Hub > Settings.
  5. Select Export Support File.
