Edit VPN Settings

  1. Go to your UID Manager Portal.
  2. Click Settings icon on the left sidebar.
  3. Click VPN.
Field Description
Personal VPN Password Lifetime Set passwords to be valid for one day, one week, one month, three months, or six months.
Password Expires at Specify the time at which a password will expire on the VPN password expiration date.
VPN Password Complexity Set the minimum password length and whether passwords must contain symbols or numbers.
Default VPN Proxy 1. Global: Route all traffic on the client to the VPN server's network.
2. Intranet: Route only the traffic destined for the VPN server's intranet. Internet traffic still uses the client's network.
Notes: Users can change the settings by going to their Identity desktop app > Settings > VPN > Proxy.
