Group Visibility, a main feature of UniFi Identity Group Management, allows you to make a group public to all workspace users or visible only to authorized users and groups.
- Public group: All users can view and search for the public group in their UniFi Identity directory.
- Private group: Only the specified users and groups can view and search for the private group in their UniFi Identity directory.
Benefits

Only admins who have permission to edit users and groups can assign users and groups to view and search for public or private groups.Enhanced Directory Privacy
